An experienced Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate and Public Infrastructure industry, Mr. Bangia has been associated with the Construction Industry for almost a decade, his key area being Structural Design and Project Management. He has been involved in design and construction of Public Infrastructure projects and had been previously working as an independent consultant.

Raj Jain

A well-organized, diligent and trustworthy manager, Mr. Jain proved to be an asset to the company's leadership and has taken on significant responsibilities, dealing with Project Management, Client Management, Negotiation and implementation in his role.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience advising on issues at all stages of the construction process from tender through completion, methods of procurement, including quantity and budgeting.

Fay-yaadh Haque

A Construction Manager with over 7 years of experience in Risk and Financial advisory projects, primarily focusing on Infrastructure and Capital projects, Mr. Haque has handled different types of construction audits like ETC (Estimate to Cost), EAC (Estimate at Completion), LD (Liquidated Damages) & Contingency Testing, Change Order Analysis, Environmental Audits and other Cost Audits. He has good knowledge and exposure of Project Management concepts including Scheduling, Process Improvement, Project Controls and Agile techniques of project management. He is also proficient in Forensic Audits, Benchmarking studies, Contracts and Litigation, Primavera, MSP, Risk Management, Estimation, PMO, Data Management, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Disaster Recovery and Closeout, etc.
